Castors

Robust castors for good maneuverability and steady positioning when working. A range of castor coatings allow them to be used on delicate floor surfaces as well. The steel spindles provide all easy and precise height adjustment and distribute the load centrally on the locked castor. The stability is increased as a result, so that the user can work efficiently.

Ladder Frames

The ladder frame is a framework and also serves as a ladder. The ribbing on the steps ensures a high level of slip and grip safety in a vertical ladder.

Ladder frames are available in lengths of 1.00 m and 2.00 m and in widths of 0.75 m and 1.50 m.

Long, conical pipe couplings ensure a secure and smooth plug connection of one ladder frame to another, which can be secured easily using a spring cotter pin.

Guardrails and diagonal braces

Quick and tool-free connection. With a gentle press the claw snaps on automatically. The range of colors for the claw fingers on guardrails and diagonal braces helps where various different components are present – which saves time.

Decks

Robust decks made of aluminum frames with plywood inserts and snap-on claws enable easy handling.


They have non-slip profiles for firm and safe footing, even when wet. At a width of 68 cm the largest possible working area is achieved.

The snap-on claws, which come in a range of shapes, allow easy 1-man installation and at the same time provide 4-way lift-off protection.

The toe-boards, which protect against falling material or tools, form a self-retaining ring to protect the maximum working area.

Stability

The stability of the mobile scaffold must be guaranteed in all phases of installation and removal. Depending on the installation height and whether the scaffold is built in an open or enclosed area, the following steps must be taken:

  • Installation of mobile beams
  • Use of stabilizers
  • Ballast

The compact Uni Comfort tower is ideally suited for assembly and maintenance work etc.

STARO ROLLING TOWER – THE READY-TO-USE TOWER FOR FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT AND A LARGE WORKING AREA

The Staro rolling tower is the "ready-to-use" tower with a large work deck. It is indispensable for fast work on large ceiling surfaces or for assembling components or for installation work underneath the ceiling. The large work surface offers ample freedom of movement and space for storing tools and materials ready to hand.

ALUMINIUM BRIDGING BEAM 600 – THE WORK DECK FOR LENGTHS UP TO 10 M

The Aluminium Bridging Beam 600 is a time-saving and practical component. Because it is manufactured from lightweight aluminium sections, it is both light and strong. Depending on the application, it is also possible to attach a three-piece side protection to the Aluminium Bridging Beam.

DOUBLE CONSTRUCTION FOR UNI STANDARD

Special designs are individualised tower structures that make work safer and faster at many construction sites.
  • This special design conforms to the minimum requirements as per DIN EN 1004.
  • Working height 8.35 m
  • Area of working platform: 2.0 x 2.85 m.
  • Permissible live load: 1.5 kN/m² (scaffolding group 2).

TOWER SUPPORTS FOR UNI STANDARD P2 & UNI WIDE P2

  • The Uni Standard P2 and Uni Wide P2 rolling towers are also available with tower supports.
  • They are supplied complete as a set in a wide range of assembly heights up to a working height of 13.2 m.
  • The use of Layher tower supports means that the mobile beam is no longer required and the overall weight of the tower is reduced by up to 43 kg. In addition, fewer ballast weights are needed.
